How I Work With Lenders & Title
- Platform check — I confirm the approved platform and any special instructions (naming, return path, scanbacks).
- Signer readiness — Borrower(s) receive my EN/ES prep guides (ID, tech check, witness needs).
- Session — Calm, guided RON session with credential analysis and, when applicable, KBA.
- Return — Executed documents are delivered immediately per your instructions.
- Follow-through — Prompt scanbacks/corrections (if ever needed) and coordination on post-closing tasks.

Security & Compliance
Arizona-commissioned notary; Remote Online Notarization authorized. I use lender/title-approved platforms with secure audio/video, encrypted document handling, and eJournal retention. Any platform, ID, or witness fees are handled by the platform or hiring party and disclosed in advance. I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice.

Book a Closing
Choose a time that works for your signers. I will confirm any special instructions and platform access.
Reschedule/Cancel: Please give 3+ hours’ notice. I hold the room 10 minutes for late arrivals; after that the session may be closed and must be rebooked. Platform or title room/tech fees (if any) are handled by the hiring party per their policy.
